Return products you are unsatisfied with

If your satisfaction with the purchase is not absolute, you have the option to return your order within 30 days of the delivery date in exchange for a full refund or a replacement. Please initiate the return process by contacting us at [email protected] to obtain the necessary return address. It is important to note that customers are accountable for all return shipping charges.

Return of Defective or Wrong Items

To report a damaged or wrong item, please follow these steps:

1) Contact our Customer Care team via email at [email protected].

2) Provide photo(s) along with a description of the damaged or wrong item(s) and your order number associated with the items in question.

Once we receive your email and assess the damage, we will be in contact with you to determine the necessary course of action. Please note that all damaged, defective, and incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

 *All open-box products are in their original condition and are backed by a 6-month warranty.

Final Sale, no exchange or return for any reasons unless claiming a warranty.

When can we expect the replacement to be dispatched?

Replacements are processed the same way as new orders and usually arrive within 7 to 14 days. If a product needs to be returned for a replacement, the new item will be sent after we receive the returned item.”

“How long will it take for me to receive a refund?”

Your return may take 1 to 2 weeks to reach our warehouse. Once we receive and inspect it (usually within 72 hours), we will process your refund, which will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account.
