General Information
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive it within the advertised time frames, please ensure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant and required information. It is important to use the correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) to ensure timely delivery. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or entered incorrectly at the time of purchase.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping via USPS First Class Mail, UPS Ground, and DHL Express service.
- Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days after the order is processed. Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary based on the destination and external factors beyond our control.
- We currently only deliver to addresses within the Continental United States, excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, American Islands, and Military Areas.
- We do not ship outside the U.S. states or territories.
- Please ensure that the full name and address are written in English.
- We do not recommend using PO Box addresses as they are not deliverable to a PO Box.

Non-deliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or other reasons beyond our control, we will notify you via email. We will then proceed to either reship the package to a corrected address provided by you (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund for the order’s value minus the original shipping charges and any return fees incurred.
Lost or Damaged Packages: While we endeavour to take the utmost care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order, we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If your package is lost or damaged during shipment, we kindly ask that you contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving the package, providing order details and any relevant photos. We will work closely with the shipping carrier to promptly initiate an investigation and provide the necessary assistance to address the situation. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated, and we are committed to supporting you through any challenges you may encounter with your delivery.
How can I obtain my tracking number?
All orders will be processed after we receive full payment. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email and/or text message confirming it. You will also get a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email and/or text message when your package is ready to be shipped. If you have any questions about your order status or if you didn’t receive the email, please contact us. If the item you have ordered is currently out of stock, our customer service representatives will be sure to reach out to you in a timely manner. You can choose to wait for the item to be restocked or cancel the order.
How can I Change the Shipping Address or Cancel My Order?

It is important to note that certain orders are dispatched shortly after placement, making it impractical to alter the shipping address or cancel the order. We kindly request that you verify your address and information prior to finalising the order.
How Do I Know My Package Has Shipped And Is On Its Way?
Upon the placement of your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. Subsequently, your order will be processed, and when it is ready to leave our Distribution Center, you will receive a second email with tracking information for your shipment.
