Parakeetr Products Warranty
Parakeetr products (referred to as “Products”) are rigorously tested to ensure they meet stringent standards. Consequently, if any issues arise, the products are warranted for a maximum period of one year. The warranty period may vary depending on the specific product.
The warranty covers only the original owner against defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a warranted product fails due to a material or manufacturing defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace the product.
The replacement warranty is valid for 31 days from the date of purchase. Claims made beyond 31 days will be eligible for repair of the product to your satisfaction. If the product cannot be repaired for any reason, it will be replaced at the discretion of the Company.
This warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. It does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidents, fading, abuse, negligence, misuse, modifications, exposure to extreme conditions, solvents, acids, water, or any other liquid.
When submitting a warranty claim, please present the purchase invoice or warranty card as proof of purchase. If the product is no longer available for sale, we will propose an appropriate and equivalent item (sometimes at a special rate).
Parakeetr will endeavor to provide a rapid and satisfactory solution within the scope of this warranty, but it cannot be held responsible for cases of force majeure as defined by law and legal precedent that may prevent the implementation of the warranty.
Parakeetr’s liability for damages is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product and, under no circumstances, shall exceed the price paid (after any applicable discounts) by the customer for the damaged item, as stated in the invoice or cash memo.
