What is covered?

The warranty encompasses defects arising from faulty materials and product workmanship.

What is NOT covered?

1. Damages resulting from the owner’s attempts to repair or modify the product independently. 
2. Damages resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, alterations, or unauthorised repair. 
3. Natural depreciation.

Warranty Period

At parakeetr.com, all new products come with a generous one-year warranty period.

Even our open-box parakeet products are covered by a six-month warranty as long as they remain in their original condition.
